The ONE thing that ties modern diseases (depression, ADHD and obesity)
Most people are familiar with these:
Depression. Obesity. ADHD.
Unfortunately, many struggle with them.
But, what they don’t know is there’s a silent killer that flies under the radar… playing a huge factor in the cause of these diseases.
(Or, at minimum its making them worse and harder to ‘fix’).
One that quietly impacts millions of lives without them ever knowing.
What is it?
Repressed emotions.
Unprocessed emotions often lead to unprocessed stress and trauma.
Recent studies show repressed emotions have been proven to increase inflammation over time. And we know how that ends.
There’s more:
Emotions that get ‘bottled up’?
Can linger in the body…
Manifesting as chronic fatigue
Alter healthy hormones levels
Weaken the immune system
Disrupt normal cellular functioning
Heck, even result in autoimmune disorders
All of which leads to malfunction.
Making it easier for ALL manners of nightmare diseases, imbalances, and modern-day mental health problems to take root.
How do you protect yourself?
By ‘releasing’ these repressed emotions that your body has stored (deep inside).
Because the same process that traps repressed emotions (and as a result stress) in our bodies… is the same process that releases it.
This is a fundamental truth of the nervous system.
So, good news:
Your body already knows how to do this.
Animals have been doing it for centuries. It’s us humans that have lost touch.
Which is where Somatic Therapy comes in:
It can activate your body’s natural ability to discharge repressed emotions - and as a result - stress from inside your body.
Essentially ‘resetting’ your nervous system.
And in my course, The 20-Minute Neural Reset, I share this simple step-by-step system.
Its one I’ve developed from 7+ years of testing and refining… and having guided 100+ people.
Let me tell you:
Once you know how to do this…
All you need is 20 minutes per week.
20 minutes per week to feeling lighter, calmer and in more control that you’ve likely felt in a long while.
I’ll see you next time.
Talk soon,
Brian
