the odd thing about stress
most don't realize
Get this:
I used to think burnout and ‘heaviness’ came from the workload itself:
The endless to-do lists…
Sticking to a routine…
The constant pressure of deadlines.
But, after working with (and helping) over 100 clients, I’ve realized that’s not true.
People think they’re ‘overwhelmed’ by something external.
But, every single time we’ve dug deeper into the root cause of their problem?
The answer is simpler (and weirder) than you think:
It wasn’t the work itself weighing them down— it’s the stress of having the work.
Burnout, brain fog, and exhaustion don’t happen because we’re doing too much work. They happen because you’re carrying the weight of all that work…
Without releasing the tension and stress it creates.
Because here’s the odd thing about stress that most people don’t realize:
Stress doesn’t just disappear, it gets stored.
Buried deep in your gut, your nervous system… and your cells.
Until it gets too heavy to carry.
Which is when you start seeing the “symptoms” of stored stress:
It sucks the energy out of your life
Causes you to spiral into chronic anxiety
Creates a constant state of confusion & brain fog
I won’t go into the gory details…
But I hope you get the point.
The good news is there is a way to release this stored stress.
Once released?
I’ve seen it enable my clients to perform to a much higher capacity. Physically. Mentally. Spiritually. Just living their lives with more clarity and confidence.
Which is where this new course I’m building - The 20-Minute Neural Reset - comes in.
You’ll learn how to transform your body’s stress response in just 20 minutes a week.
Now it’s not magic, but it sure as heck is transformative.
It will shift your nervous system out of survival mode and into performance mode, so you’re better prepared to live your life the way you want.
Because here’s the thing:
The work doesn’t stop. Life’s challenges won’t disappear. But your ability to handle them can change dramatically.
And it doesn’t need to take as long as you imagine it would.
I’ll show you exactly how inside The 20-Minute Neural Reset.
Most people have the capacity for a high cognitive load when they manage their bodies.
They just need help getting started.
Best,
