The Choice That Changed My Life (24 hrs left)

what if you don't do something...?

Well, THAT went better than I’d planned…

We had nearly 300 people attend the live stream for The 20-Minute Neural Reset!

My friend Dan Koe (who has a total audience of 4+ million overall) showed up and shared his experience working with me).

Real people looking for healing, hope, & certainty were in attendance.

We heard from lots of them and shared good vibes around one idea:

Healing the world one nervous system at a time.

If you were there, I appreciate you 🙂

In this email, I want to share an experience that shaped who I am:

It’s not directly related to Somatic Therapy or the The 20-Minute Neural Reset we’ve been chatting about lately…

But, I believe it’ll be helpful to you.

At 19 I dropped out of college to attend a wilderness therapy program.

And, when I did?

It felt like a huge leap into the unknown.

My friends thought I was crazy for stepping away from the ‘traditional’ route.

“Wow, you’re so brave— you’re doing something so different…”

Honestly? I didn’t feel brave.

I did it for one reason only:

To heal myself.

I was broken, the path I was on wasn’t doing it for me.

I knew that the only way to truly understand myself… and move forward with my life… was to take a risk and invest in my own healing.

Did I have any guarantees?

Nope.

I could’ve stayed where I was - in the confines of my comfort zone.

Lived out the rest of my ways building that same ole’ life I’d always lived.

But it didn’t feel right.

So I’m grateful to young 20 year old Brian for taking a shot.

Cause let me tell you:

Looking back…

That ONE simple choice - to invest in myself and take a shot - became the turning point of my life.

Because I met Kelly, my first therapist. Someone who introduced me to the world of natural medicine & body-based therapy.

A rabbit hole opened up that changed my life.

Truly tho:

It didn’t happen overnight.

I chickened out countless times.

Like when I was building The 20-Minute Neural Reset.

I knew that releasing toxic emotion from the body was exactly what people needed. I also knew I had the skills to build the thing that would help them.

(You kinda catch on after 7+ years in the mental health game lol…)

But I hesitated.

Waiting for the “right” moment.

Spoiler: it never came.

Until one day… I remembered the choice I’d made way back in college.

So I took the plunge again and created this course we’ve been chatting about.

And sure, creating it took a fair chunk of change and stress (ironically) - I ended up re-filing the damn thing multiple times to make sure it was as simple and as easy it could be.

Not that you should care...

Anyways:

Here’s something you might care about though:

You have to accept no matter how much experience or knowledge you have, nothing prepares you for ‘the leap’

No matter how many books you read…

No matter how many plans you make…

No matter how many courses you buy…

Taking that leap is a choice.

Healing yourself is a choice.

The life you so longingly want is on the other side.

But there’s a fog of confusion and fear of the unknown standing in your way.

Unlike buying a course - which usually comes with a guarantee - there are no guarantees in life either.

If it were a sure-thing, it wouldn’t be so meaningful.

You’ll have to show up and do the work.

But the good news is:

It doesn’t have to be a crazy decision like young Brian.

You don’t have to ditch your entire life and wander off into the jungle for a wilderness therapy retreat in Hawaii lol.

All you need to do is decide.

Decide if today is the day you commit to one simple truth:

I don’t ever have to feel this way again.

I’m willing to take the plunge take the plunge.

It’s not about you buying my course. If you’re not ready for that, that’s alright - I get it.

But invest in yourself.

In whatever way you feel best.

Because the next 5, 10, 20 years?

They’ll come regardless of whether you make the choice or not.

And when it does, the only question you’ll ask yourself is:

Chat again soon,
Brian

If not, that’s totally fine - hopefully this email got you thinking - because that what I’m here to do.
