I hate to break it to you, but...

...change is easier than you realize, here’s how:

2 weeks back a thread I wrote went nuclear on X.

1.3 million views.

14k likes.

And (this is interesting) 12k bookmarks.

Now I’m not saying this to brag - I’m sharing this because a LOT of people resonated with what I shared inside.

In fact, over 12k people found it valuable enough to bookmark it - so they could come back to it as a reminder.

So I thought I’d share it with you, in case you missed it.

What was it?

A simple 3-step system I’ve used as a therapist to help people bring about sustainable change in their lives.

Best part is, you can apply to any part of your life:

  1. Work

  2. Behavior

  3. Relationships

  4. Emotional challenges

  5. Whatever else you’re struggling to change

The key is to follow the 3 steps in sequence

Especially step 2 - which unsurprisingly - most people skip…

Which results in them bouncing back and forth between, trying so hard to change… only to fall back to old, destructive patterns again.
