Hey friend,
I know I haven’t been in touch regularly, but I’ve been building something to help you.
Nine months into this newsletter, I've had the pleasure of speaking with many of you through Zoom, email, or DMs.
These conversations have helped me better understand the challenges you're facing.

It’s also a direct way to stop the self-sabotage, shame, and perfectionism that’s at the root of these issues.
